I really loved it here. The workers were so nice and the food is really good! And every year for japan day me and my friends all go there! I would totally recommend going here!

Love the student discounts and coupons you get. The bubble milk tea is amazing and so are the crepes! Customer Service is good and always willing to help if something is wrong. Plus when the weather is nice, the backyard seating gives another option than staying indoors and watch the fountain water.

One of the best bubble tea spots in the upper east side. Authentic flavors (I love the lavender milk tea), delicious boba, and even fizz teas for an added uniqueness. The vibe feels more like a local small business than the commercial chains around. Fast and polite service, and fresh inviting decor for a perfect bubble tea experience.

I really love this place. I've once got charged for an item in which I didn't receive. I spoke to the manager and he was super super helpful and gave me a full refund in the form of another drink. The staff is not 100% with English so it can be difficult to understand them but they are kind. They offer Student discounts!!

Great bubble tea! Accidentally left my bag behind, but I called the staff and they told me I could come pick it up. Would come here again.
